Opening in 2019, Phase 1 of Shenzhen World covers a total ground area of 1.2142 million square meters and construction area of 1.6 million square meters. The venue currently offers 400,000 sqm of indoor exhibition space, which will expand to a total of 500,000 sqm upon completion of the two-phase construction—making it the largest convention center in the world.
